Introduction
My name is James Carson, and I operate
James Carson Hypnotherapy. By using my website, jamescarsonhypnotherapy.com, or booking a session, you agree to these terms. I provide professional services to clients throughout the North East of Ireland, including County Louth, County Monaghan, County Meath, County Cavan, North County Dublin, Newry, and County Antrim.
Eligibility and Services
Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to book a session for yourself.
Under 18s: For any client under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must book the session on their behalf.
Parental Presence: It is a strict requirement for my practice that a parent or legal guardian must be present in the therapy room for the entire duration of the session.
Scope of Practice
I provide professional hypnotherapy specialising in Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, and finding the root cause of personal barriers. Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.
Bookings and Payments
Individualised Service: Every session I provide is uniquely tailored to your specific needs. Because of the bespoke preparation involved, I require a deposit of €50 to secure your booking.
Deposit Policy: This deposit is held to ensure commitment and to prevent the loss of clinic time. The €50 deposit will be deducted from the cost of your final session.
Payment Methods: I accept payments via Revolut, Bank Transfer, or Cash.
Advance Payments: To ensure continuity and the best results, if your programme requires more than one session, the subsequent session must be paid for in advance at the end of your current appointment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notice Period: I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or to reschedule an appointment.
Fees: Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This ensures I can keep my practice running efficiently for all clients across the North East and Northern Ireland.
Intellectual Property
I own all the content on this website, including my Orange Tree logo, images, and text. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use any of my intellectual property without my written permission.
Client Conduct and Safety
I am committed to providing a safe environment at my therapy cabin. I reserve the right to suspend or cancel a session or refuse service if a client’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate or if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law in the
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of my website or my hypnotherapy services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
