Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful, form of energy healing that works holistically, on the body, mind, and spirit. As a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, I channel universal life force energy to support you in rebalancing, healing, and relaxing deeply. Reiki is non invasive, deeply calming, and works
alongside other therapies or as a standalone support.
How Does Reiki Work?
Reiki is a form of energy healing that works by channelling universal life force energy through the hands of the practitioner into the client’s body and energy field. This energy supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It gently balances your chakras and removes energetic blockages that may be contributing to stress or discomfort, or pain.

What to Expect During a Reiki Session
Each Reiki session lasts approximately 60 minutes. You’ll lie down fully clothed in a comfortable and peaceful space. Gentle music plays in the background while I work with the energy field around you, placing my hands lightly on or just above the body.
Many people describe sensations such as warmth, tingling, visual colours, or an overwhelming sense of emotional release and deep peace.
