Cancellation Policy

📘 Booking & Payment Policy 1. Booking & Deposit • A non‑refundable €50 deposit is required at booking or consultation to secure your place. • If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited. (Based on standard therapist practices)    2. Payment Options You may choose: • Pay in Full Upfront – €550 paid at consultation covers all five sessions. • Pay‑As‑You‑Go (advanced payment) – prepay before each session: 1. At consultation: €150 (includes €50 deposit + €100 for Session 1) 2. Before Session 2: €100 3. Before Session 3: €100 4. Before Session 4: €100 5. Before Session 5: €100 (By Session 5, the full €550 has been paid in advance.) 3. Payment Methods • Bank transfer (preferred) • Debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) • Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash (in-person) 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions incur a €100 charge. • Pre-paid sessions with proper notice may be rescheduled and carried over, subject to availability. (These terms align with standard professional therapy cancellations) 5. No‑Show & Late Arrival • Sessions are strictly 60 minutes and start on time. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as no-shows and charged in full. Confidentiality & Conduct • All sessions are confidential, except in rare legal or safety-required situations. • Clients must attend sober and ready to participate. Sessions impacted by alcohol or drug use will be halted, and the full fee will apply — rescheduling at therapist’s discretion.
